Job summary

Kong is seeking a Customer Experience professional to champion customer success across a growing portfolio. You will drive adoption, define engagement plans, and work with Sales and Product to maximize value from Kong’s API and microservice platform.

You will learn Kong technologies, shape innovative CX processes, and collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders to empower customers and accelerate outcomes across a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of commercial customers with a focus on adoption and value realization.
• Ability to define adoption plans and post-sales engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with SaaS, Open Source, and infrastructure software environments.
• Understanding of Cloud Native technologies and API management concepts.
