CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a customer-focused Senior Solutions Engineer to support CCC's Auto Physical Damage Products organization.

In this highly visible, client-facing pre-sales role, you will lead carrier process reviews, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and translate complex claims workflows into clear solution strategies that drive adoption, value, and revenue growth across our APD portfolio.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in solution engineering, solution consulting, technical pre-sales, APD claims ops, or related fields.
• Experience with Auto Physical Damage claims or carrier operations; familiarity with CCC APD solutions or similar platforms.
• Ability to lead process reviews, discovery, and translate findings into actionable client recommendations.
• Strong capability to document requirements, integrations, and constraints for prospective clients.
• Proven client-facing communication and executive-level storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a client-facing expert on Auto Physical Damage claims operations and solutions.
• Lead complex carrier process reviews and map current-state workflows.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations showing APD value and ROI.
• Engage stakeholders from frontline to executives, influencing decisions.
• Create executive-ready presentations and reusable enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, and Implementation teams.
