Qualifications

• Five+ years in solution engineering, solution consulting, or technical pre-sales.
• Experience in APD claims operations, insurance technology, or enterprise solution engineering.
• Able to document workflows using Visio or Miro and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex carrier process reviews and capture client requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and executive-ready presentations.
