Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer focused on First Party Casualty.

You will lead carrier process reviews, translate complex claims workflows into clear solution strategies, and drive adoption and revenue growth through tailored demonstrations and content. You will engage stakeholders from frontline adjusters to senior leaders, documenting configuration needs and proving value with structured pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on carrier-side experience in first party casualty claims operations.
• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solution consulting, technical pre-sales, claims operations, strategy, or process improvement.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with credibility and clarity.
• Advanced presentation and storytelling skills, including executive-ready PowerPoint decks.
• Experience using Visio or Miro to document workflows and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a client-facing expert on first party casualty claims operations and map current-state workflows to actionable recommendations.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs tied to client pain points.
• Guide technical discovery across the sales cycle and prepare executive-ready visuals.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to align messaging and client needs.
• Maintain fluency in product capabilities, roadmap, and industry trends for client conversations.
