Qualifications
- Hands-on carrier-side experience in first-party casualty claims operations.
- 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solution consulting, or pre-sales.
- Ability to lead process reviews and translate findings into recommendations for clients.
- Proficiency with Excel for basic analysis.
- Strong client-facing communication and executive presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead carrier process reviews and map current-state workflows.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging.
- Prepare executive-ready PowerPoint decks with ROI and business impact.
