Job summary

Arqline is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Denver, CO to service apartment communities. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, ensure safety, and maintain common areas for curb appeal.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and HVAC certification, with two years of related experience and a valid driver’s license. A pool certification is a plus, and you must be able to handle 24/7 emergency responses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years in apartment maintenance or related field.
• HVAC Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Pool experience not required but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property to ensure good working order and curb appeal while delivering superior resident service.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in apartment homes and common areas (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools).
• Complete service requests within 24 hours and be available for 24-hour emergency calls.
• Prepare apartments for new residents promptly per Arqline standards.
• Perform daily grounds maintenance and ensure safe, clean environments.
• Routinely inspect systems and equipment; report problems to supervisor.
