Job summary

RKW Residential in Denver, CO is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to care for our property and deliver superior resident service.

You will diagnose and repair maintenance issues across apartments, exteriors, and common areas, perform preventive tasks, and respond to 24-hour emergencies while maintaining safety standards. A valid driver's license is required; HVAC certification is preferred.

Two years of related apartment maintenance experience and a GED are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and two years related apartment maintenance experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
HVAC Certification.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Pool maintenance not required, but a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain the property to ensure good working order and pleasant curb appeal while providing superior customer service to residents.
Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in apartments, exterior and common areas (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools).
Complete service requests within 24 hours.
Respond to 24-hour maintenance emergencies as needed.
Prepare apartments for new residents promptly following Arqline standards.
Maintain daily grounds and property aesthetics.
Ensure safety standards are followed and proper procedures are observed.
