Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III to maintain and oversee property assets, perform general maintenance, and support apartment make-readies. The role focuses on responsive work orders, safety, and coordination with the service team to uphold BH standards across properties.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of progressive maintenance experience, intermediate computer skills, and is comfortable working with a variety of hand tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under minimal supervision and prioritizes tasks.
• Intermediate computer skills, including industry-specific technology required to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Use industry-specific technology to establish priorities and respond to service requests.
• Complete maintenance requests, replacements, and upkeep including HVAC and appliance repair.
• Assist with make-readies to ensure units are move-in ready.
• Identify and report hazards to management and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain and secure all property-issued tools and equipment.
• Post notices and other community communications as applicable.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating weekly apartment make-readies with the team.
• Ensure repairs and cleaning are completed for move-in readiness.
