Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III to assist with maintenance, make-readies, and preventive projects across our properties. The role requires hands-on work, adhering to safety standards and BH procedures.

You will support the service team, manage basic inventories, and coordinate with site staff to ensure timely, high-quality repairs and readiness for resident move-ins.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Intermedium computer skills to use industry-specific software.
• Ability to perform manual, task-oriented work with minimal supervision.
• High School diploma preferred.
• EPA 608 Type I, II, or Universal certification required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and monitor completion within BH standards.
• Perform maintenance, HVAC, appliance repairs and make-readies with attention to safety.
• Identify hazardous conditions and report them to management.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs and document compliance.
• Ensure tools are secured and inventory is managed.
