Job summary

CAPREIT invites you to join as a Maintenance Supervisor for our O'Fallon Lakes community. In this role, you will ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the community, including troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing heating and A/C units, plumbing and electrical systems, and other essential tasks.

You will also oversee maintenance staff, interact with residents and vendors professionally, and maintain efficient operations through organized scheduling and preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of apartment maintenance experience required.
• Valid CFC with Type I and II or Universal certification is necessary.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide your own basic tools is required.
• Computer literacy skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate community maintenance by troubleshooting and repairing various systems.
• Ensure maintenance operations remain organized and efficient.
• Oversee maintenance staff through hiring, training, and supervision.
• Assist office staff by interacting professionally with residents and vendors.
