Job summary

CAPREIT is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Falcon Heights, MN community to oversee upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance across heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and facilities. You will lead maintenance staff, schedule turnovers, manage inventory, and liaise with residents and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of apartment maintenance, a valid CFC certificate, a valid driver's license, and the ability to bring basic tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid CFC Type I & II or Universal certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Own basic tools and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair heating, A/C, water heaters, appliances, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Schedule service requests, turnovers, inventory, supplies, contractors, and preventative maintenance.
• Oversee hiring, training, and supervision of maintenance staff.
• Interact professionally with residents, prospects, and vendors.
