Job summary

Capstone Management seeks an on-site Apartment Maintenance technician to service resident requests and ensure rapid repairs in compliance with policies and safety standards.

You will manage make-ready tasks, coordinate vendors, and maintain inventories while documenting work orders and ensuring quality. The role requires a driver’s license, AC certification, and willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• Technical/other training completed.
• Valid driver’s license.
• AC Certification I and II.
• Criminal history background check required.
• Drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform repairs per policy.
• Prepare apartments for leasing by making ready and creating punch lists.
• Track materials and notify supervisor when reordering.
• Complete documentation for service requests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Assist cost-control by fixing instead of replacing parts when possible.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.
