Job summary

Village Green is seeking a Maintenance Service Supervisor to lead daily operations, manage resident relations, and drive financial performance for our multifamily communities. This role offers growth with a national property manager and a strong benefits package.

You will supervise maintenance staff, schedule work orders, inspect repairs, oversee HVAC/plumbing/electrical work, train teammates, participate in hiring, and contribute to budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in multifamily, hotel, or similar settings.
• Supervisory experience with scheduling and delegating work orders.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-service abilities.
• EPA or HVAC certification and knowledge of preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support maintenance staff, including scheduling and delegation of work orders.
• Inspect completed maintenance work and ensure quality standards.
• Oversee service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Train and mentor new and existing maintenance team members.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring maintenance staff.
• Assist with maintenance budget planning and cost management.
