Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Connectivity Partner Manager to accelerate API partnerships in Southeast Asia and India. You will manage a portfolio of key partners, drive growth, and ensure high standards for SLAs and collaborations across API integrations.

You will collaborate with Product, Tech Support, Legal, and regional sales teams to optimize partner performance, negotiate agreements, and present quarterly reviews to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a Key Accounts/Connectivity or Technical Partner Manager role at a global technology or hospitality tech company.
• World-class account management with proven track record of growing partnerships.
• Experience with API integrations and hospitality tech space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Airbnb’s key partners and act as the key representative.
• Drive win-win value and position Airbnb as a top strategic partner.
• Develop relationships with executives in partner portfolio and ensure agreements and SLAs are met.
• Use data to identify opportunities and launch pilots to drive growth.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and formal presentations.
• Onboard and optimize new API partners.
• Achieve quarterly goals and measure KPI performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech Support, Legal, and Sales to unlock growth.
