Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a dedicated Partner Operations Manager, Mandarin to lead partner performance and service delivery across Delivery and CS. You will own end-to-end operationalization of initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and balance day-to-day work with strategic execution in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong partner management, data-driven decisions, and excellent stakeholder communication. Travel to Europe, APAC, and NA may be required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years in customer service or operations with 5+ years in partner management/BPO.
• Proven track record driving improved performance as a partner/regional operations manager.
• Experience handling real-time crisis situations with decision-making authority for losses.
• Data analysis and reporting to identify trends and set performance standards.
• Ability to translate big goals into concrete actions for partners.
• Weekend/on-call availability and ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operationalization and adoption of new initiatives that impact partners or services.
• Set up partner/service for exceptional quality support and align with company strategy.
• Present and report performance to leadership across Delivery and CS.
• Hold partners accountable for Airbnb goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as single point of contact across Delivery and CS and collaborate with BPI/PMO/Product.
