Airbnb is expanding its Global Markets team and building a dedicated Asia operating capability. The role focuses on owning the Asia region's reporting, growth levers, and cross-functional roadmap across markets like Japan, Korea, India and Southeast Asia.

It requires senior operational experience and a track record in matrixed organizations. The position is based in Singapore with regular travel across Asia, reporting to the Senior Business Operations and Growth Lead, Asia.

Formación

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy, consulting or program management.
• Experience managing programs across multiple countries with varying maturity levels.
• Proven track record building and running business operating cadences.
• Exceptional cross-functional orchestration in a matrixed org.
• Strong operating discipline: roadmaps, reviews, reporting.
• Experience applying AI and automation to reporting and insight generation.
• Analytical fluency with numbers and finance partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end operations and delivery of regional growth levers including go-to-market, measurement, and optimization.
• Own regional business reporting structure, inputs and cadence regionally and globally.
• Own regional cross-functional roadmap across supply, product, payments, policy, brand and growth marketing.
• Drive accountability on delivery through cross-functional collaboration.
• Build AI-enabled automation into region's reporting and insights workflows.
• Synthesize data and insights into actionable recommendations for the region.
• Coordinate with FP&A to assess performance and conduct deep-dives as needed.
• Drive entity prioritization and setup across Asia markets with country teams.
