Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Technical Program Manager for the Air Defense Engineering Team in the US. You will own the software team's operational excellence, partnering with engineering leads to scale outputs and align programs with business goals.

You will drive roadmap definition, deliver on ambiguous requirements, and maintain high ownership across work streams while improving cross-team collaboration and program velocity to achieve company milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a software development environment as a TPM, TPM, engineering manager, or engineer.
• Solid technical aptitude and ability to understand designs, lifecycle, risks, and work with engineering teams.
• Strong process, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to define problems and drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for the Air Defense Software team with partner engineering teams.
• Autonomously deliver outcomes across multiple programs with minimal oversight.
• Drive program execution and team velocity across multiple software groups.
