• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience, proficient with MS Office and NetSuite.
• Life sciences experience preferred.
• Experience with Bill.com, QuickBooks, and purchase order systems such as Prendio is a plus.
• Strong communication & organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices including GL coding and month-end close entry.
• Prepare electronic and wire payments; respond to supplier inquiries.
• Maintain W-9 vendor information and support 1099 filings and documentation.
• Review employee expense reports and support procurement/audit requests.
