Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in high-volume AP environment.
• Strong Excel and systems skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, real estate, or multi-entity environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume invoice processing from receipt through payment.
• Review invoices for accuracy, proper coding, documentation, and approvals.
• Perform invoice matching and research discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, discrepancies, and outstanding issues.
• Reconcile vendor statements and proactively resolve differences.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with weekly payment processing and ensure payments are completed accurately and timely.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve invoice and approval issues.
• Support month-end close activities, including AP reconciliations and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, controls, and efficiencies.
