Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist Senior to execute critical AP tasks, ensure accuracy, and maintain financial integrity. This role requires extensive full-cycle AP experience, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with internal departments and vendors.

You will support month-end close, uphold HIPAA and CHRISTUS policies, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years AP experience or related field
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Infor/Lawson or other large ERP systems experience
• ServiceNow exposure a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audits to validate completeness and accuracy of invoices

• Provide support for month-end close processes and projects

• Analyze exceptions and resolve stakeholder concerns
• Utilize Excel and technology tools to manage spreadsheets, financial software, and automation processes
• Apply basic accounting knowledge to maintain accurate financial records
