Job summary

Crafty is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist, AP + Partner Billing, to support day-to-day accounts payable operations, partner billing, and month-end close activities. This role reviews outsourced output, initiates payments, manages vendor setup, and coordinates with the Accounting Manager and Flatworld across Finance, Client Success, Operations, and Business Development.

The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years in accounting, strong reconciliations, NetSuite experience, and familiarity with Ramp

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of accounting experience with AP operations, reconciliations, and month-end close support.
• Experience with invoice processing, vendor setup, payment initiation, and close support.
• Experience using an ERP and understanding downstream impacts of coding decisions; NetSuite preferred.
• Experience with AP automation platforms; Ramp experience strongly preferred.
• Experience reconciling balance sheet accounts and preparing audit-ready support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review Flatworld output, maintain audit-ready documentation, and initiate payments.
• Manage vendor setup workflows, monitor Ramp alerts, and support shared accounting inbox.
• Complete balance sheet and account reconciliations; assist with month-end close deliverables.
• Collaborate with Accounting Manager, Flatworld resources, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain SOPs, checklists, and documentation; ensure timely close and payment readiness.
