Job summary

SGA Dental Partners in Richmond Hill, GA is seeking a Senior AP Manager - Systems & Operations to oversee the complete procure-to-pay lifecycle across our multi-entity network and lead our digital transformation of the AP stack.

You will optimize Dentira and Ottimate interfaces with Sage Intacct, automate workflows, enforce data integrity, and partner with IT and location managers to ensure timely, compliant payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience in multi-entity environments.
• Experience managing system integrations and centralized shared-services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full procure-to-pay lifecycle across a multi-entity environment.
• Manage Dentira-to-Ottimate and Ottimate-to-Sage Intacct integrations.
• Lead month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, and GAAP compliance.
• Audit-ready documentation and centralized AP governance.
