Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounts Payable in the Kansas/Olathe area.

You will provide strategic leadership of the AP function, partnering with the Corporate Controller and AP Manager to drive efficiency, controls, and scalable processes across Finance and Operations. The role emphasizes system enhancements, vendor management, risk mitigation, and team development, with travel up to 10% and a standard 7–5 schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay experience
• 5+ years of accounts payable management or leadership experience
• Willingness to travel 5-10%
• Flexible work schedule, Monday–Friday between 7 AM and 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight of AP in partnership with the Corporate Controller and AP Manager.
• Lead initiatives to improve AP processes, automation, workflows, and efficiency.
• Establish and maintain strong controls over AP, vendor management, and payment processes.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, master data, payment processes, and payment controls.
• Partner with Corporate Controller to ensure AP supports accurate financial reporting and month-end close.
• Lead, coach, and develop the AP Manager and AP team.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Operations and other departments on AP initiatives.
• Drive scalable processes and controls to support business growth.
