Star Dental Partners is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to manage day-to-day AP tasks across multiple locations in a fast-paced dental services organization. The role emphasizes vendor communications, invoice coding, and timely processing in a multi-site environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in AP, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office days in Plano, TX and remote Fridays, along with competitive benefits

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience required.
• Multi-site dental/healthcare/retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and automated accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day AP operations: vendor setup, W-9 collection, invoice coding (~300 weekly), and weekly check runs for multiple locations.
• Assist AP manager with acquisitions and post-integration tasks.
• Notify suppliers of partnerships and act as AP contact for acquisitions.
• Set up and train new offices on automated AP software.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve account discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with practice office managers and vendors.
• Support month-end close and perform miscellaneous duties as needed.
