Corient, a leading multi-family office, is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Accountant to lead high-volume AP across multiple entities in a fast-paced finance team in Florida. You will own end-to-end processing, month-end close, supplier management, and internal controls, driving process improvements and ERP optimization, with collaboration across Accounting, Procurement, Treasury, and Tax.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle AP, month-end close, accruals, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel, pivot tables, lookups, data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Process and review high-volume supplier invoices across multiple entities.
• Lead month-end close activities including AP accruals and reconciliations.
• Support audit readiness and internal controls with proper documentation.
