Delicato Family Wines is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to manage a high-volume AP function, performing invoice processing, vendor negotiations on payment schedules and late fees, and supporting regular payment activities across the company.

You will review invoices against POs, reconcile variances, and lead weekly check runs and electronic payments. Strong communication, Excel and SAP experience are required, with at least 5 years in AP and related accounting duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting and/or business experience, including accounts payable, general ledger and account analysis.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent; college courses may count toward experience.

Responsabilités

• Reviews invoices and compares to purchase orders and receiving documents (3-way match).
• Reconciles pricing/quantity variances with procurement/receiving.
• Ensures invoices have proper documentation and approvals per authority.
• Leads weekly check disbursement runs and coordinates signings.
• Processes electronic payments including ACH, Wires and Credit Card.
