Nscale is seeking a Senior Front End Network Engineer – AI Infrastructure to oversee the health and performance of large-scale Ethernet front-end networks across multiple AI platforms. You’ll drive incident response, automation, and continuous improvement in hyperscale environments.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in network engineering, with large-scale data centre or cloud experience.
• Hands-on with high-speed Ethernet fabrics in hyperscale or production environments.
• Strong expertise with Arista EOS and Nokia platforms.
• Solid understanding of BGP, OSPF, EVPN‑VXLAN, and leaf-spine architectures.
• Experience with long-haul circuits and DCI connectivity.
• Experience with Linux-based troubleshooting and network diagnostics.
• Python or Go or shell scripting for automation.

Aufgaben

• Own operational health, configuration consistency, and performance of large-scale Ethernet front-end fabrics.
• Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex network incidents (P0/P1).
• Drive blameless postmortems and preventative fixes for stability.
• Partner with SREs to define automation requirements and tooling.
• Collaborate with Network Architecture to validate designs and enforce standards.
• Monitor fabric utilization, identify bottlenecks, tune latency and throughput.
• Act as SME for cross-functional teams on high-speed networking and storage integration.
• Participate in on-call rotation for mission-critical infrastructure.
