Job summary

Aurora is hiring a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to own end-to-end NetSuite AP processing, lead automation initiatives, and ensure SOX compliance in a growing finance team. You will manage cross-functional projects and mentor junior staff in a hybrid Pittsburgh role.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement and Legal to optimize processes, improve controls, and deliver accurate reporting to leadership. Hybrid work includes in-office days.

Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive AP experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience with billing, vendor management, reporting, and period-close.
• Direct SOX compliance experience in AP and audit support.
• Experience implementing or managing AP automation tools (OCR, workflow, AI-based processing).
• Strong project management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets analytics and large-data handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership and auditors.
• CPA/IOFM/AP certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite AP processing and reporting, including vendor records and payment runs.
• Lead AI automation initiatives and manage NetSuite integrations for AP.
• Maintain AP SOX controls, access governance, and audit readiness.
• Drive AP-related projects: ERP upgrades, automation, policy updates.
• Resolve complex vendor issues and ensure timely responses and remediation.
