Variety Wholesalers, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team in Henderson, NC. The role emphasizes accurate, timely processing of vendor invoices and payments with a focus on process improvement and automation to support growth.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with internal partners and vendors, and help drive controls and efficiency across Accounts Payable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with data analysis and reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process and review high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices.
• Review and verify GL coding and resolve discrepancies.
• Process and coordinate approvals for non-purchase-order invoices.
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments in accordance with policies and terms.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
