Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Perform three-way matching and verify GL coding.
• Coordinate approvals for non-purchase-order invoices.
• Ensure timely vendor payments per policies and terms.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain records.
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
