• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience supporting month-end close in AP.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices with accurate coding and approvals.
• Review and process employee expense reports for compliance.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research outstanding items.
• Maintain organized vendor files and GL coding for all transactions.
• Support month-end close with AP reports and accruals.
