Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong detail orientation and accuracy across large data sets.
• Proven ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process high volume accounts payable data entry with GL coding.
• Review and match PO, packing slips, and vendor invoices before payment.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare for month-end accruals and GL journal entries.
