TCG Labs-Soleil is seeking a Senior Scientist Antibody Engineering to lead display-based antibody engineering and library design at our South San Francisco HQ. You will integrate AI-driven and conventional computational tools to bias libraries toward higher hit rates and faster timelines, collaborating with teams across Technology and early development.

The role requires deep experience in in vitro antibody discovery, phage display, and computational design, with strong Python and Linux skills

Competenze

• Ph.D. with 5+ years postdoc or industry experience in antibody discovery/engineering.
• Deep expertise in in vitro antibody discovery platforms and phage display for lead identification and affinity maturation.
• Experience designing and curating large antibody display libraries with AI/bioinformatics filtering.
• Proven ability to translate wet-lab results to computational designs.
• Strong Python programming and Linux command-line skills.
• Familiarity with AlphaFold/Rosetta for structure-guided work.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced biotech environment.
