The role combines hands-on bench work with leadership, mentoring junior scientists, coordinating CRO work, and delivering rigorous data to inform candidate progression.

PhD with 5+ years in protein/antibody characterization is preferred; on-site collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a related field with 5+ years in protein/antibody characterization.
• Expert in biophysical and analytical techniques including LC-MS, HPLC, SEC-MALS.
• Experience leading developability studies and managing external CROs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, validate, and execute analytical/biophysical methods.
• Lead developability assessments and strategic analytical direction.
• Mentor scientists and manage CRO partnerships.
