The role involves collaboration with computational teams, Python-based data analysis, and high-throughput screening. The candidate will construct and screen immune antibody libraries, perform mammalian cell culture, ELISA, BLI and flow cytometry,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Bioengineering or related field.
• 30 months of related experience in antibody discovery campaigns.
• Experience with phage display, biopanning, and next-generation sequencing library prep.
• Experience with flow cytometry (FACS), ELISA, and biolayer interferometry (BLI).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute in vitro antibody discovery campaigns including library construction and selection strategies.
• Lead end-to-end discovery campaigns from target validation to lead progression.
• Develop Python-based scripts and data visualization tools for high-throughput screening and sequence-function analysis.
• Perform NGS-based analysis and clone triage to identify productive binders across rounds.
