Serco Inc. (Serco) seeks a SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD AT initiatives at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role emphasizes security engineering, testing, and rapid fielding of anti-tamper capabilities to safeguard U.S. warfighters.

Applicants must hold active Top-Secret with SCI/SAP eligibility; a Master’s in Engineering and 20+ years of relevant DoD experience; and SAP/SCI experience within the last 5 years, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility.
• Master's degree in an Engineering discipline with extensive DoD experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering process and anti-tamper methods.
• Assess integrated circuitry, processors, and memory for reverse engineering feasibility.
• Provide engineering support for acquisitions including RFP development and oversight.
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners on susceptibilities and mitigations.
• Identify technologies to protect CPI and assist Anti-Tamper evaluations.
• Create, staff, and maintain security classification guides.
• Evaluate system test plans and conduct testing across subsystems.
