Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD Anti-Tamper work for the AFLCMC/WAG-AT field program office at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires handling critical CPI protection tasks and conducting reverse engineering assessments on electronic components.

Required are active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access, 12+ years in DoD engineering or related roles, and willingness to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain SCI and SAP access
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; 12+ years DoD/contractor experience
• Master’s Degree in engineering discipline; 10+ years DoD/contractor experience
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering processes, policies and procedures to weapons systems lifecycle
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory components for reverse engineering vulnerabilities
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions, including RFP development
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess CPI protection of GOTS/COTS components
• Identify security features and vulnerabilities in DoD electronics and subsystems
• Support DoD Anti-Tamper Evaluation Teams to understand current designs and weaknesses
• Contribute to improvements in anti-tamper designs, development, manufacturing and sustainment
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing of subsystems and components
• Conduct risk assessments and scheduling trade-off studies
