Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role emphasizes DoD systems engineering, CPI protection, and training in a classified environment.

You will develop curriculum modules, update training materials, review proposals, and provide technical oversight on long-term acquisitions while maintaining top-secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 12 years experience in an engineering position with the DoD, other government agency, or DoD contractor
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 10 years experience in an engineering position with the DoD, other government agency, or DoD contractor
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures in acquisition, manufacturing, fielding, sustainment, modernization and disposal of new and existing weapons systems, with experience in program protection planning and anti-tamper methods
• Assess integrated circuitry, processors, and memory chips and determine methodologies for reverse engineering electronic systems
• Support Education and Outreach by developing curriculum modules
• Develop and update training materials with Government and industry partners
• Instruct courses in a classified environment for the Anti-Tamper community using various instructional aids
• Provide engineering support for technology and product acquisitions including long-term planning, RFP development, and technical oversight
• Review and analyze proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess capabilities to meet system design requirements and CPI protection
• Identify technologies and evaluate design functions to protect CPI
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in system testing
• Conduct performance, supportability, scheduling, and risk assessments
• Prepare ad-hoc technical documentation for compliance and mission support
• Support Export ICT initiatives and enterprise policy modernization
