Job summary

Cvent is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead its cross-functional Anti-Fraud Program within the STAR team. You will own fraud detection, response, and investigations, coordinating with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Legal to reduce risk and improve controls.

You will drive program governance, develop fraud playbooks, and report on KPIs to executives, while leveraging existing tooling and collaborating across the organization to scale anti-fraud capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fraud management with hands-on investigations.
• Experience at a SaaS/payments company with fraud knowledge.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales/CS, and Legal.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Discretion handling confidential and sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Define and run the cross-functional Anti-Fraud Program: charter, scope, RACI, governance cadence, and decision rights.
• Lead federated working groups; report fraud KPIs to leadership regularly.
• Own and drive the program roadmap with a focus on existing tooling before new spend.
• Own detection and response for payment and chargeback fraud and related abuses.
• Coordinate and, where appropriate, lead internal fraud investigations end to end.
