Job summary

Infosys Consulting in the United States seeks a Technical Project Manager Anti-Fraud to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives and AI-driven solutions across anti-fraud domains such as ID&V, fraud detection, investigations, or case management.

The role demands strong leadership and the ability to align engineering outputs with risk and business goals, while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of financial services experience in credit cards, commercial payments, or wealth management.
• Experience delivering technology solutions for anti-fraud programs.
• Professional credentials such as PMP or CSM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the Book of Work, aligning engineering outputs with risk and business goals, and managing cross-functional delivery across ecosystems.
• Plan, execute, and deliver major technology development initiatives and multi-project fraud programs concurrently.
• Partner with multiple scrum teams and vendors to remove blockers and anticipate bottlenecks.
• Oversee JIRA quality and maintain proper dates and hygiene with PO and business teams.
• Define scope, set objectives, and develop granular project plans including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Use technical judgment to design and implement simplified solutions with engineers.
• Identify and track project risks and bottlenecks across levels using quantitative metrics.
• Drive adoption of modern tracking and AI automation tools for user stories and requirements gathering.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and senior leadership, reporting progress and metrics.
• Travel as needed based on project requirements.
