Raytheon’s Effector RF Design Team in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Engineer to lead the design of antenna, radome, and RCS ranges and chambers onsite. You will guide project teams, set technology roadmaps, and collaborate with government programs to ensure compliance and modernization.

The role requires a DoD SECRET clearance eligibility, a STEM degree, and 5+ years of related experience, with strong Python/MATLAB and HFSS/CST/SENTRi/GRASP skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience testing antennas/radomes in a chamber or test range.
• Ability to obtain interim DoD clearance before start date.
