Job summary

Amazon Leo Antenna Development in Redmond, WA seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for end-to-end antenna calibration system development. You will define and manage interfaces between hardware, firmware, and software, align engineering teams on requirements, and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver calibration solutions on schedule.

The role requires leading program roadmap, risk management, and software release processes, with direct interaction with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the program roadmap and execution plan for antenna calibration system development.
• Define, document, and manage system-level requirements and interface specifications between hardware, firmware, and software components.
• Drive the calibration test strategy, including test architecture, measurement methodology, and pass/fail criteria.
• Coordinate integrated hardware/software development efforts across mechanical, electrical, RF, and software disciplines.
• Identify and manage technical risks and trade-offs with clear data and recommendations.
• Establish and maintain software release processes, including CI/CD pipeline management and version control practices.
• Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.
