Job summary

Sammons Financial Group seeks an experienced leader to manage the Annuity New Business team in West Des Moines, driving performance, compliance and high-quality service for agents and clients. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and partner with Legal, Compliance and other departments to resolve issues and improve outcomes.

You will also oversee budgeting, vendor relationships and multi-site leadership, including remote team members, while upholding the company’s shared values and controls

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and driving KPIs/SLAs in a contact center or service-focused environment.
• Ability to coach, develop talent and manage multi-site teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team to meet KPIs and SLAs; drive performance and efficiency.
• Attract and retain top talent; provide development opportunities.
• Provide coaching, feedback and align individual goals with business objectives.
• Improve workflows through process changes and technology adoption.
• Manage budget and seek cost-reduction opportunities where applicable.
