Job summary

Sammons Financial Group Inc. seeks a regional sales professional to drive annuity sales across a defined U.S. region. You will build lasting relationships with financial advisors and broker-dealer partners, promoting company products and services through face-to-face meetings, training, and targeted campaigns.

You will collaborate with internal wholesalers, manage regional activity, and execute sales plans while maintaining high service standards and travel to producer meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with producers and partners.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for current and prospective partners.
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annuity sales goals within assigned region.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key producers through meetings and events.
