Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Annuities Manager with 5+ years in the annuities sector. The role focuses on pricing, product development, regulatory compliance, hedging, and risk management to drive growth in the annuities business.

You will lead initiatives, manage client relationships, and guide junior staff. This hybrid, full-time position offers a base salary range and performance-based incentives with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or related field; advanced degrees or credentials preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant annuity experience in pricing, product development, or inforce management.
• ASA or FSA credential preferred.
• Knowledge of annuity market landscape, trends and regulatory changes.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to manage complex problems.
• Demonstrated capability to lead teams and multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Organizational skills with focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of financial modeling systems or scripting languages (AXIS, Prophet, R, Python) is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing client communications and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure technical accuracy in work and by junior staff.
• Prepare executive-level reports and present findings to senior leaders and clients.
