Job summary

YMCA of the Rockies is seeking an Annual Giving Manager to grow the annual fund through individual outreach and leadership-level asks of $1,000+ per year. This role focuses on building relationships, donor visits, and moves management to maximize unrestricted giving and program support.

You will collaborate with philanthropy colleagues, manage stewardship activities, and support events across YMCA properties in Colorado. Travel within the state is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of work experience applicable to the duties listed.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Raiser’s Edge or other donor database experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute annual/unrestricted giving with focus on $1,000+ gifts.
• Grow yearly annual fund revenue.
• Support leadership giving stewardship strategies.
• Secure donor visits at YMCA of the Rockies properties.
• Travel within Colorado for donor visits.
• Present to the board and liaise for annual giving outreach.
• Recruit volunteers for seasonal campaigns and events.
• Use multiple outreach methods to solicit annual gifts.
• Move donors via moves management with relationship fundraising.
