Job summary

YMCA of Central Florida in Orlando is seeking an Annual Giving Manager to lead and grow the association's annual giving campaign, donor communications, and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will develop fundraising strategies, manage donor data and calendars, train volunteers, and collaborate with senior leadership to meet ambitious goals while upholding the Donor Bill of Rights and ensuring ethical stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Experience leading volunteers with fundraising leadership preferred.
• Strong relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and build relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and donor CRM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual giving campaign and year-end initiatives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies.
• Serve as subject matter expert for annual giving.
• Manage donor communications calendar with leadership.
• Maintain data and tracking systems for donations.
• Collaborate with YMCA leadership and volunteers.
• Cultivate relationships with community stakeholders.
• Solicit and secure testimonial stories.
• Support sponsorship funding efforts.
• Ensure donor stewardship and Donor Bill of Rights.
• Track campaign outcomes and reporting.
• Report accidents and follow procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
