Job summary

YMCA of Central Florida is seeking an Annual Giving Manager to lead the association’s annual giving campaign, cultivate philanthropy, manage donor communications, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the network.

You will serve as the subject matter expert on annual giving strategies, develop comprehensive fundraising plans, and collaborate with Family Centers to meet goals while upholding donor stewardship and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in financial development, communications, public relations, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated fundraising experience in a nonprofit context.
• Proven success leading volunteers with fundraising leadership experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual giving campaign, including year-end initiatives and special events, to achieve fundraising goals.
• Develop and execute comprehensive annual fundraising strategies, including digital and direct mail campaigns, segmentation, copywriting, vendor management, and performance tracking.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for all annual giving initiatives, providing leadership and training to staff and volunteers.
• Build and manage a donor communications calendar with leadership to support campaigns across all centers.
• Maintain association-wide donor data and tracking systems and ensure reporting and compliance.
