YMCA of the Rockies is seeking an Annual Giving Manager to grow the annual fund through individual outreach and leadership-level asks of $1,000 or more per year. The role supports philanthropy strategies and builds donor relationships across Colorado, including board liaison duties and donor recognition events.

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• High level of organization and timeliness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual/unrestricted giving with focus on $1,000+ gifts.
• Grow yearly fund revenue and donor portfolio.
• Coordinate leadership-level stewardship efforts.
• Secure donor visits across YMCA of the Rockies properties.
• Travel within Colorado for donor engagements.
• Present to the board at bi-annual meetings and support outreach efforts.
