Qualifications

10-12+ years of experience designing and building complex, commercial-grade software systems.
4+ years leading Agile teams.
Expert-level Android development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
Experience in consumer banking including onboarding.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
Excellent communication with stakeholders.
